• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased during sale, promotional offers, or clearance.

• Customized or made-to-order items.

• Items specifically marked as non-exchangeable.

4. Exchange Process

• To request an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.

• All exchange requests are subject to approval and product availability.

5. Shipping for Exchange

• Customers may be required to self-ship the product for exchange.

• Any shipping charges related to the exchange process may be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

• Eligible exchanges will be processed after verification.
